Built this gaming PC because I wanted to get more involved with tech world. A nice graphics card, 16 GB RAM, the ability to stream, and most importantly, HALO COLLECTION! I'm really proud of this guy. Altogether, without tax and including rebate, the total was $793.04.
Had a few hiccups here and there, my biggest enemies during the building phase were the inaccurate user guides.
Works great, a little tricky to drop into the processor socket.
Has all the necessary ports needed for my build. Great online forums too, in case you run into any roadblocks with your MOBO. Which I definitely did.
The Bazooka user guide has a couple visuals of both sides of the 4 DIMM slots opening, which allows you to easily insert the RAM. That is not the case. I tried to pry one side open for 15 minutes before I finally gave up and shoved the memory into the DIMM slot. That worked out better than it should've. So just be wary of the user guide.
Work as well as they should. I got them in red too, they look like bloody knives!
Stores things. If it stops storing things, I'll dock it a few stars.
A behemoth of a GPU. You really have to apply some elbow grease to get this giant into the PCIe x16 slot. My biggest enemy during the building process.
Works well. I wish it was prettier though. Also, the user manual is online, and it neglects to tell you that the Power LED front panel connector is a big molex connector instead of a tiny 2-pin connector like its front panel brothers. A simple addition to the user manual could've saved me a lot of time and headache.
Juices my computer reliably. Some of the cables are a bit stiff, but it's really not a big deal. Great buy!
Nice display, someone tell me how to get it to 144 Hz like it's advertised to do please?
