Description

This is my upgraded Build from October, I changed the Case from a Define S to the new Define Mini C. The Define S was way too big for my purpose, single GPU and no AIO.

CPU

The 6600K is a dream. A powerful quadcore CPU is good for gaming and game development. I overclocked the 6600K to 4.3GHz with 52°C under load.

Cooler

Ultra silent and runs like a beast!! I added a second original fan which I ordered by beQuiet for better temps (-5°C), and for a badass looking. Installation of the cooler was a little bit heavy, but not so heavy like its told in the internet and it works after 30 minutes.

GPU

The Dual OC GTX 1060 from Asus, a pretty good card for 300€. Looks nice and fits perfect in my color scheme.

RAM

16GB DDR4 RAM from HyperX is enough for me and future-proof. Looks nice and decent

Case

The Case, a dream - how beautiful can some steel and plastic be? Like the Define Mini C!! Compact, and without this disgusting HDD cages! The quality is insane, and with two additional GP-14 from Fractal Design I have really good airflow in it. Cable Management was easy and it was fun to built in it.

Drives

I took the 500GB 850 EVO SSD from my notebook and bought an additional 1TB Seagate HDD.

PSU

The beQuiet Straight Power 10 with 500W and 80+ Gold Certification and Semi CM was my first choice.

All in all, it made so much fun to build a computer and I recommend it to everybody to build his computer on his own. You can save some bucks and it makes fun!!

I hope you like it :)

This looks super good! That's good for someone with experience, let alone a first-timer.

Looks very well built, and I'll give it a thumbs up. A few things while perusing the photos. Not enough white on the inside of your build, it seems a little out of place, and a few more white painted spots would probably work well. The white light is obviously welcome, but even then, the inside of your case still looks dark. Your external cable management is... eh... okay I guess. I know you could probably do a little better as you did a great job with your TV cables. As far as internal cable management, I feel like you could tidy up the bottom front of your case, and you probably have the same sentiment as I do with molex adapters: I hate molex. All in all, a very well built, hope you enjoy your PC.

Thanks for your review. My intention was a dark build with some white accents. White RAM sticks would fit perfectly, I know. External cm is WIP, no finally status ;)

No, with it being on the floor it sucks in A LOT more dust. Would be much better if you made a little bench or something it could sit on. Either then that, very nice build!

Thanks, but in my bottom dust filter is no dust, due to i think its ok ;D But thank you for advice :D

It's not bad on the floor you have, it's more a concern on carpet.

Oh so, yes of course.

it will collect dust faster if it's on the floor though. perhaps a heightening mechanism to keep it from the ground?

I'll think about it ;)

slap that beauty on the desk to show it off!!!

Also, how is the monitor? Good for gaming, text that stuff? How is the size too? If it is too small I'll go with its big brother; the 34 inch one.

Cheers! :P

Thanks man ;P

For my purpose and desk size the monitor has the perfect size. Gaming is glorious and multi tasking is amazing. A friend of mine has the bigger one and he's happy with it, too.

It's like you decide between 23" and 27", in my opinion.

I wish you good luck with your decision :D

It is the little bro of my case. I saw your PC when I was deciding on the Design C or the S340 elite, and but the smaller size even being ATX got me. Really good case. (I was able to squeeze a 180mm PSU on it but I change it. but it fit) Nice build. +1

The only noise you can hear is the air. The fans are super quiet :D

I overclocked the 6600K to 4.5GHz, while I'am playing Andromeda it wont go higher than 60°C

I can really recommend it
