I'd say that every thing in this build looks good except for the CPU. You could have gone with the R7 1700 instead for a bit cheaper while maintaining the same performance (If overclocked).

The R 1700 was $290 on Amazon. I got lucky and saw the R 1700x for $300. It was a pretty good deal, so I just got it. Plus, I wanted to reach 4.0 ghz. It is going to be easier to get 4.0 ghz compare to R 1700.

It is actually just the same. And even with some lower end coolers, the 1700 can get higher at a more stable overclock because it's thermals are somehow better. But still though, a $10 difference doesn't really matter.

Hey I have a similar setup. How are the temps? I’m thinking of swapping my 212 for a dark rock 3.

It's pretty hot. Since it is winter, i'm not looking to water cool it. I might water cool it during the summer.
