This is a multi purpose system I have just rebuilt. It will be used as daily driver, gaming, VR and primarily as a Milkyway@Home BOINC compute box.
There are actually two Titan V's in this build but PCPP doesn't let you add two, most likely because they don't SLI. In compute though, both GPUs act independently and you don't use SLI/Crossfire even when it is possible.
Milkyway@Home is a double precision (FP64) distributed computing application which loves the Titan Vs. Each Titan V produces 6900 FP64 GFLOPS (compared to 350 for a 1080Ti or 790 for a Vega 64).
For VR a Vive Pro Kit is used and gaming is done 4K @ 60Hz which suits the titles I play (mostly grand strategy).
As this is primarily a 24/7 compute box, everything is run stock except for a custom fan curve on the Titan Vs for more aggressive cooling, and a mild system memory OC. There is an Eaton 900watt/1500VA UPS for each system.

Last screenshot is of thermals after a few hours of standard MilkwayWay@Home load, on a mild spring day.
Edit: I have since replaced the rear exhaust and AIO fans with Noctua NF-A14 industrial 3000 PWM fans. Thermals were previously fine for early Spring in Australia, but I wanted to get ready for the coming Summer temps.
