Description

Pretty straightforward first build, I just wanted a silent, well performing system with good aesthetics. I've always been a big fan of be quiet! and EVGA, so there goes that. Black/orange is not that common so I went with this color scheme (case, memory, cables, custom pcie slot covers). Since I'm not especially fond of flashy RGB and stuff I kept that to a minimum (case, gpu). Removed psu and harddrive sticker for cleanliness. Had to apply the thermal mod fix to my gpu for peace of mind. Placed the card in a x8 slot for the looks, not that big impact on the performance compared to x16. All in all pretty happy with how it turned out, on idle the fans are off/only slightly spinning and the noise level under load is quiete good as well. 10/10 would build again ;)

I am currently planning a very similar build with the same case. I am happy to see how it looks and worked out for you. Gives me more confidence and a better idea what to do going into my build.

Great job by the way, I hope I can get something that looks and runs as smooth as yours!

Where did you pick up the Silent Loop? Not in the US, I'm assuming.

Thanks! Let's say it's not bad! But there were units from the first shipping that seem to fail (noise wise). But all in all I'm quite happy with it.
