The clock rates may not be accurate* THIS THING IS A MONSTER. Build on Tuesday, this bad boy smacks any game thrown at it in 1080p max. Replaced case into diypc bg-01 as Roswell fbm x1 was WAY too small. air flow is superb.
I really wouldn't call it a monster but that's my opinion
yeah but compared to what I had before, it smacks
Makes sense then
That’s some cheap *** ram
yeah, overclocked to 2933
1080p high setting will probably hit 1080 high but not max in all games. Still a good price to performance build
no overclock running bf5 70+ fps ultra
I'm hardly well versed so maybe I'm missing something, but why get the 2200 if you're going to have an independent GPU right off the hop?
just because it has onboard graphics doesnt make it bad at all. I've seen it beat out the 1600x overclocked and a 1500 on stock settings. ATM I'm running it on stock, but I managed a 3.9ghz overclock before with a 1h stress test, but I didnt feel safe with that so I dropped it back to stock
Oh no I wasn't suggesting it was bad. I just figured you're paying for onboard graphics when you don't need to, but if it's the cpu you want at the price point then I get it.
its the cheapest ryzen 3 processor
i really like this build, the memory choice is interesting, and the mobo, cpu, gpu is the same i have! If you ever decide to upgrade this, I would 100% buy a 120gb ssd, theres one from "team" going for like $20 as of today (12/30/18). And if you had done a little more research on the psu, you could have gotten a 550 W corsair for $39 (Idk if the deal was available at the time of your build however).
at the time the 500w psu was 20 dollars so I think it was a snag
Cool build! Great idea to buy a smaller CPU and better GPU. Plenty of potential for upgrades later :)
Thank you for the inspiration!
never had that problem... does it even detect the 580?
