Description

When I wanted to build my first PC, I wanted something that would look nice, allow me to max out every game, and do future work later on. I have been gaming on PS4 for years and I really wanted a change, so this is what I came up with. I somehow did not have any problems, so I have windows, drivers, and some really fun games right now.

Part Reviews

CPU

I got this from micro center for $300 and so far it is killing anything I throw at is and overclocking so far has been pretty good

CPU Cooler

The 8700k runs pretty hot, so this does a great job of cooling it down, plus it looks nice while doing it

Motherboard

Overall a nice motherboard to build with. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the confusing front panel

Memory

It is what it says it is, its beautiful, it's 16gb, and it's good speed

Storage

This is currently my only drive right now and it performs amazingly. Everything loads quick and it was the easiest thing to install

Video Card

Where do I start? This thing is a beast and destroys any game on max settings. The RTX will be used on games coming out soon like Control and so far, it had been amazing

Case

This case is gorgeous and was really nice to build in. Only complaint is mounting a radiator in the front was a bit time consuming

Power Supply

It does what it's supposed to do, it powers everything nicely and has nice black modular cables. It comes with enough cables for future upgrades such as more drives

Monitor

This panel is beautiful. The 144hz refresh rate allows me to get really high fps and for 1080p, it looks nice. It's 10x better when you enable G-Sync

Mouse

The mouse is amazing for gaming and looks just as good. The adjustable DPI buttons are nice and the scrollwheel is something else(in a good way)

It’s a Mickey desk from ikea I think, it was like 100$, kind of wish I got a bigger one, but it’s pretty nice
