I use this PC mainly for gaming, but plan to do some video editing in the future. This was my first build, and in retrospect, a mini ITX build might not've been the greatest idea. But I pushed on, and seeing those fans spin and LEDs shine makes me not regret a thing.

Part Reviews

It's a good CPU. Not the best, but it's dirt cheap for what it is at Micro center, and it runs all my games well.

CPU Cooler

This cooler is awesome!

Pro: super quiet, can't even hear it. low profile. Fit perfectly in my mini ITX case

Con: Some of the mounting stuff was unmarked The fan was loose when I got it, but it fits snugly when re-adjusted

an absolute TON of bells and whistles. You can see them in specs, so I won't go into them.

+carbon black +lots of ports +2x eSATA

The Wifi thing isn't GREAT, but it was cheaper than the gigabyte mini ITX gaming board, and was still a Z170.

-The padding in the I/O shield was too much, it pushed the mobo off of the mounting posts, and I had to scrape it out. -The USB 3.0 front panel plug is way too close to the CPU, I had a lot of trouble getting that working -The driver disk had a lot of bloatware, so never click the express installation

Super fast, very small. Not much to say, it's a decent SSD at a good price.

This hard drive goes above and beyond. It's really fast for an HDD, super cheap, and it has a lot of mounting options. I love it.

Video Card

Simply put, a beast.

Also it's carbon black, and it has a rear blower so it works well in my mini ITX.

Lian-Li, IMO have always made beautiful cases. +The manual is super clear. +Its one case fan is really good. -The acrylic is easily scratched. -You have to mount the drives in the slot-loading disk slot.

Power Supply

It's the only PSU I was ever gonna use for this, and I have had zero problems. Silverstone has made THE PSU for mini ITX gaming rigs.

It's okay, pretty run of the mill.

I got mine for free from my brother's work.

-The bevel is very fragile -The color reproduction is pretty bad

This monitor does what it says it's gonna do. Nothing better, nothing worse. I got mine for free from my brother's work.

The keyboard is awesome. It feels nice, it's pretty cheap, and it has MX Browns.

The software refuses to recognize it though.

It looks sleek, feels awesome, molds to my hand. The lighting is bright but unobtrusive. The s scroll wheel feels amazing. It has the ability for really high sensitivity. I love mine. The only issue is that if you haven't launched synapse in your session it sometimes disconnects.

I prefer the cable and mic on my right side, but maybe that's just me. The surround sound is great. I get no cutout. It's loud and makes my games amazingly immersive. It felt a bit different compared to my previous Logitech G930s, which I grew to loathe, but I got used to it after a few hours of gaming.

Can you fit 120mm slim fans under the GPU? Can you measure the clearance?

And can you post more pictures please? I really like this case :D

Thanks in advance

I'll who out the ruler in the morning, but I'm gonna actually so it's unlikely, and probably not recommend this case. It looks pretty awesome, but subverting similar from fractal design is gonna be better, the case has 0 drive cages, so that's annoying. Mini ITX is annoying in general, if I were to redo this I'd have gone with micro ATX. This case in particular is Also gigantic for mini ITX, it's actually almost as big as the famous S340. Sorry for rambling on, cheers!

The clearance from the bottom of the case to the bottom of the GPU is about 2 cm. So you should be okay.
