Description

This PC was built in late 2015. The goal was to get alot of performance while maintaining near silence. Great case, really does what it says when it comes to quieting down your system. Theres no reason to talk about performance since everybody knows how the 970 performs. Be Quiet coolers are such a pain in the a** to install but i got it sitting firmly in there. Good cooler, very quiet. I wish i had chosen another GPU though since this ones reaching 102 degrees celcius on the VRM when using stock fan config... thats simply too hot to me, so i might change GPU and sell the current.

I changed the thermal paste on the GPU and tightend the heatsink for the VRM on the card, hoping that i would get better temps but i didnt...

Overall great gaming PC, really happy with how quiet this is.

would love a 1070/80 FE, such a sweet card (not the quietest tho), then it would be high range :)

The actual price of the build was 1500 USD approximately :)

Hi, if you have a 25mm thick side panel fan, will it still fit? The MSI GTX 1060 is a very wide card.

well as for my current setup. I wouldnt know with the 1060 as i havent tried yet. But yes, with a 140x140x25 fan, it fits with the 970 strix.
