Description

This is my First Ever Build. It took Months to convince my Parents it wasn't a waste of Money. So I worked Hard Selling Firewood to get this PC. When I had finally Reached the cost My Parents surprised me and Bought The entire system for me to reward me for my months of hard work and initiative and told me to keep the money to get a car when i get my license next year. I was so Happy but my life stories not what you came here for.

I choose all the parts after hours of research to suit the Games I wish to Play and Feel as though I did a Good job doing so.

Performance

I can run Fallout 4, Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain, Mad Max and Dying Light at Ultra with a consistent 60 fps I dont have a Massive game library But that should Change Soon. I will do Add a benchmarks tab in the near future when I get more games like GTA V and ARMA 3.

Conclusion (Read after Reading Reviews)

Thanks For Spending time to read all about my Build I am so happy I am no longer a filthy Console Peasent I love the Superior Graphics and the High Frame Rates and Most of i Love Gaben. Thank you again Lets see its a little bit of a Shame of Jipsters Departure I was Looking Forward to Him Commenting on My Build but All good things Come to an end Goodbye Jipster

Part Reviews

CPU

I choose this because it doesn't break the bank as much as most i7's and performs excellently in Games plus Having the Option to Overclock Later on down the road Proves Just why i got this CPU

CPU Cooler

I Choose this Cooler because is a New and Improved Version of The Already Excellent Cooler Master 212 Evo. It Keeps the CPU extremely Cool while Staying Very Quiet at the Same Time.

Motherboard

I Choose this Motherboard because it had all the Features I wanted such as Crossfire, Audio Boost and Great Upgradeability. Its a Nice looking Motherboard as Well. I Love to Red LED's on the Audio Boost Chip.

Memory

I Choose these Modules Because They go Great with the Colour Scheme and have Good Speed

Storage

This Hard Drive is Great 1TB is a Great amount of Storage and its great for the Price

Video Card

This was By Far the Best buy in My whole system this is a great Card Fast Silent and Plenty of VRAM for mods and Eventually 4k ( If I Get a 4k Monitor Idk) I picked it up extremely cheap on one of Mwaves Group deals. I am Very Happy with this Purchase

Case

I took a Risk on with this Part Not having any reviews on PCPartPicker But as soon as I saw an Image i was in love with this case. I love the look of it and The fact that it comes with all the Fans Pre-installed and The Front ones having Red LED's I was extremely happy with it and Then I saw The Price and I just had to Get it. The Fans are very Quiet and is Very Good for Cooling. My only complaint is there is Very little room in the back other than that i love this Case.

Power Supply

There may be some people saying Why Did You Choose This PSU well Here's Why. I watched many videos of people saying it is Reliable and Good Quality So I Choose This PSU and It Hasn't failed me Yet.

Optical Drive

Not Much to say really its a DVD Drive and It Gets the Job Done .

Operating System

Really the Only Reason I Choose this OS not Windows 7 is Because of DirectX12 and Was surprised as How much i Have come to like This OS and Its very Smooth, Clean and Fast the Time it Takes to Boot is Very Impressive. I really am Quite impressed By Windows 10

TwerkingShowerMan 1 point 22 months ago

I have had the same psu and it's been about a year and a half - 2 years, it started off with a coil whine but now it is gone now and is definitely capable of 467w. Also I think it was a good choice to go with the 390 due to the speculation that Maxwell gpus wont work with dx12 Async Compute.

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 21 months ago

I havent had any Problems with it No Coil whine at all

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 2 points 21 months ago

He has Retired from PCPP

TechyinAZ 13 Builds 1 point 22 months ago

He's taking a break. I heard a while back that one of his family members didn't really like him being on pcpartpicker 24/7. :)

tiny_voices 2 Builds 1 point 22 months ago

I would have used a better PSU. It is not the best quality and for a PC like this you REALLY want a PSU that can protect your investment.

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 21 months ago

I Haven't Had any Problems with it as of yet

tiny_voices 2 Builds 1 point 21 months ago

It isn't a particularly bad PSU, it just is not up to stuff for a PC of this caliber. It is designed and marketed towards budget builds, not high end gaming PCs.

paintboy131 1 Build 1 point 22 months ago

I've never seen that case, looks nice tho!

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 21 months ago

I love it its nice looking but there is little room in the back for cable management but nothing cable ties cant fix

ArbyCreeper 1 point 21 months ago

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

the 212x fits in with about 1 or 2 cm room to the side window and the back has little room but i mannaged to take my time and neatly put the cables in

Pill_Slinger 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

I love this! My first build with parts coming soon will essentially be the same - same colour and everything except having an R9 380 & 500B W PSU

InsaneGuy437 1 point 20 months ago

How many fans are preinstalled in the case?

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

5 and 2 have led's

InsaneGuy437 1 point 20 months ago

I just want to ask, is this pc similar to yours? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ncJKrH Also I will overclock the pc

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

it should look similar i suggest a better PSU its just it will last longer plus some cables arent very long

VIComputing 1 point 20 months ago

Not a legit red and black themed computer when you have a blue team processor.

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 20 months ago

its not even coloured blue nor is it visible

VIComputing 1 point 20 months ago

Doesn't matter, still Team Blue. Terrible choice of Blue CPU also. But it's better than any i3 at least :)

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 19 months ago

i5 4690k is good. At the time i bought this the skylakes were fresh on the market and to expensive

ClanScorpia 1 Build 1 point 19 months ago

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 19 months ago

jswadener 1 Build 1 point 19 months ago

What kind of temps are you getting with ur cooler?

HahaPingazzz 1 point 17 months ago

I just ordered the same case, are the fans noisy? I've read a review and he said it was a bit louder then he expected, do you think they're loud?

HazaGamingHD submitter 1 Build 1 point 16 months ago

Skolei-Meister 1 point 16 months ago

Nice build man its quite similar to what I'm planning :) +1. My build is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Skolei-Meister/saved/tXMzK8 Also does the hyper 212x interfere with the ram or is there space for it
