1.4 is the safe upper limit that Intel recommends for most of their CPUs given you have adequate cooling. The stock voltage of the 8600K is 1.34. World record overclocks are using an upwards of 2 volts. With these numbers as reference, I don't think you have a vcore of 3.25. I think what you mean is 1.325.
