Description

After not using a PC for many years and primarily gaming on a PS4, I wanted to build a PC for gaming.

Just about everything was bought on sale at or below historic lows.

The build went easy and I've had no problems since powering up and software installation.

As of right now, I am not overclocking, but plan to in the near future.

Part Reviews

CPU Cooler

Bit pricey for what it is, but I wanted some RGB in this build. Keeping my i7-7700K at or below 70°C currently. The software works well and it's a nice addition to my build.

Case

Absolutely love this case! It's a bit larger than what I need or wanted, but the layout and cable management make up for it. The only gripe I have is the small cutouts near the bottom of the motherboard make it a little difficult to feed cables through.

Good build. Looks like you still have the protective plastic cover on your glass. Take it off and showcase it's guts already :)

Thanks. Yeah that was right after the first power on. I've since taken some more and will get them on here soon. I was excited at the time!

Did you have any issue with the mounting bracket of the air cooler wiggling around before putting the main cooler on?

Yes! I thought I wasn't putting it on correctly. But that's the way it's supposed to be. When screwing in the heatsink, it'll draw the backplate up.

Nice build, and I know this comment is quie late, but what type of overclock do you achieve with the Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi?

I apologize as I'm just now seeing this. I'm running conservatively at 4.8GHz. Peak temps in the low 80C range.
