Description

Use it for gaming (obviously) and for 3d work, mostly centered around game design. Got a lot of problems with my mobo the biggest one being that it keeps shutting off some amount of usb 3.0 ports whenever something is disconnected and then reconnected. Not sure if this is a cpu or mobo problem, but in the bios I get some problems when trying to increase bclk frequency. The max i can increase it to before it stops POSTing is 103 mhz. That said i have no problems OC my cpu with the multiplier. Pushed it to 43, kept bclk at 100 mhz and now it runs at 4.3 ghz. I get pretty stable temps on Win 10 (not so much on win 7 which i had installed before). Idle temps tend to be 35 to 40 C. High load temps are around 60 to 70 C. Prime95 test got it to 75 to 80 C. Temps are at OC speed. Overall im pretty happy with this build. However I will try to upgrade to a 6 core processor like the 4930k in the future.

How about if I restored it i about 10 years time? What would the value be any higher than the current stated value?

My jaw has just suffered rapid disassembly.

+10. I will +100 when my jaw is re-assembled.

Good luck with that reassembly! I suggest using some glue and leaving the jaw in the, open, position. :P

I might buy a new one... The amount of times my jaw has dropped after looking at awesome builds.... It needs replacement!

I prefer peanut butter and jelly on my bread. Or ham and cheese works too.

Yeah, that is pretty damn good, although what you call jelly we call jam here in Australia, so it'd be a peanut butter & jam sandwich for me. Just FYI. :)

Yes, I tend to forget that. My bad, I meant the same thing! I was in South Africa a few weeks ago, and I did say "I like jelly." No it's "jam", not jelly. lol

  • (I meant the same thing but then again it's just bad habit of speech. Plus it's actually a jam anyway. I do have a friend who makes homemade Jam, so my goodness how did I forget the technically terms from her?)

Now all our talk is making me want a sandwich, badly. Mmm... :)
