Description

Second build and not much to talk about. I went with something i can do basic streaming, video editing and a nice level of gaming in which i really only play World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2 and Overwatch. I do wish i waited to get the Fractal Design Meshify C without the dark Tempered glass but i got the case a few days after they released the case.

Part Reviews

CPU Cooler

This thing is very quiet. Cam software is not the best thing.

Memory

Wasn't sure about this ram but its ram.

Storage

Pure boot drive. Nice and fast boots and that is all i wanted for it.

Case

Fell in love with this case the day saw videos of it the day it was released.

Keyboard

Not a bad Budget friendly keyboard for gaming. Just hate the new Razer Synapse 3.0.

I know World of Warcraft only really uses 2 CPU cores so the CPU single core speed is what matters most for WoW performance. So hopefully you were able to dial in a decent overclock on your CPU ;-)

The video card you selected is more than ample to handle max settings on the 3 games you listed @ 1080p so nice pick there. If you are wanting to do livestreaming I hope you have a decent internet connection with high upload speeds. I got a 10mbps upload and it struggles on 1080p 30 fps for the upload so I need to drop it to 720p to avoid dropped frames. Not a huge issue for me since most of my videos I record to my drive and upload later on so I can get top quality on the recording quality.

I was wondering what fans you have set to intake and outtake? Looking to build in the same case myself.

Back and top are outtake fans. One fan on top for exhaust would be fine.

Does the RAM run in single-channel or quad-channel mode? I always heard that when installing 4 ram sticks in a mobo with Ryzen it would force the RAM into single-channel mode. Anyways, great build. I'm looking to get the same CPU cooler too! What temps are you getting on your cpu and at what clock speeds?
