Built this mainly for gaming at 1080p with medium/high settings but also for some general productivity. GPU was bought to last me until the 800 series comes out.

Make sure your Kingston SSD is NOT running the 5.0.6 firmware, as it kills the drive's performance (130mb/s read/writes). A simple crystalMark test will show you if it is or not.
Cable management isn't horrid, but can be cleaned up just for the sake of presentation. Lots of room in that case to hide most of those wires behind the MOBO panel.
Other than that, very nice. He will love it. the 650Ti will run today's games on med settings @ 1080p with AO (Ambient occlusion) and AA/FXAA (Anti-Alliasing/Fast Approximate AA) off.
wow. love how sleek that case looks... and matched up with that cpu cooler...
Could use a bit more work on cabling, but other than that, great build!
Those were early pics, I cleaned it up much more when I got it to post. I'll have to take some nicer pics with my DSLR soon.
could've done a bit better on cable management..
Please add a picture of the full setup, as I wanna see the PS3 display, etc!
You should have gone with the Logitech G600 instead of the Naga it has more capabilities
I'm sorry, but logitech mice are just plain ugly.
The naga is the best feeling mouse I have ever used and I'll never look back. I had some bestbuy credit and bought it for $50, so it's not like I paid the $80 MSRP.
I personally love the Logitech mouse.
The Logitech 700s isn't bad looking. The pictures on here don't do it justice though. I have and its pretty awesome.
Maybe I'm a bit of a razer fanboy :)
It didn't hurt that I could use my (otherwise useless) bestbuy credit on the peripherals, though.
I know how that goes. My one friend is a huge Razer fanboy when he has never used anything else.
I guess I just broke out of my razer fandom... ordered a G502 for the personal build! :D
