I use this machine as my main rig and I play games and do work at 4K. Surprisingly it does quite well for its specs.
I play Grand Theft Auto 5 at high settings 4K and get around 60-70 FPS on average.
This cooler is awesome and it comes with two RGB fans which is cool but I decided not to use them. It does well cooling my 6 core Xeon at almost 4GHz. It's nice and quiet and looks nice too.
I have the black model of this board and it looks very nice for an X58 motherboard and has a bunch of features. I wouldn't reccomend buying it anymore because it's so dated now but it's nice and a pretty good bang for the buck.
It's RAM and it's old now. Looks nice and works.
Works fine and I was able to OC it to 3000MHz.
Prety fast for a boot drive.
I bought this SSD when it was over $200. It's very fast and looks kinda nice.
Using it in April of 2019 at 4K:
At 1080p this is still a beast and it does pretty well at 1440p too, but I use it at 4K. I needed a DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0 adapter to get 4K 60 but it's not bad gaming at 4K.
This case is awesome! It is super easy to build in and looks great. My one main grip with it though is the black accents but I fixed that with a $12 can of white spray paint from Lowes. The airflow is great and cable managment is stupid easy. I highly reccomend this case.
It's Windows so it's fine I guess, I prefer Linux but I play games so ehhh. Oh well.
Super quiet and it matched the fan that came with my Meshify C.
These aren't the exact ones in my system but I bought these guards because it looks nice with the RGB LED's reflecting off them.
