Description

Hello again !

Back with another build, this time with the DeepCool Genome II, which looks stunning !

A build that is powerful, clean and visually appealing. That's what we wanted to create, and we believe we did a good job at it (throwing roses at ourselves there)

About the case (as it is not listed by PCPP): it was a real pleasure to work with it ! The watercooling is included directly in the case, you don't have to mount it yourself. The pump comes attached to the case via a plastic panel. The installation of the pump on the motherboard is really, really easy, and everyone should learn from it (looking at you, be quiet!) The design is quite special, either you like it or not. We do love it, as it is unique and has this premium feel.

We are really happy with this build, and we hope that you'll like it !

As always, pictures were taken by professional photographers.

If you have any questions, we are here to answer them :)

Part Reviews

CPU

Really nice CPU for its price. We don't have much to say that has not already been said thousand times. Works like a charm.

Motherboard

A really good looking motherboard in our opinion. It doesn't come with RGB every cm2, which is nice. The BIOS is really easy to navigate in.

Memory

Great looking RAM. It is not RGB, but new versions are. You can stop the "pulsing" effect in Corsair Link, if it annoys you.

Storage

It boots Windows in a couple of seconds and has just enough space for the OS and a few demanding programs. The perfect point between price and fonctionnality in our opinion.

Storage

It is an HDD, from the best brand in our opinion.

Yes that's all.

Video Card

Certainly the best looking GTX 1080 out there, in our opinion. Fans don't spin at idle, and remain not too noisy, even at full load. The maximum temperature reached during stress tests was 72°C

Power Supply

Great quality while not being over-expensive
