Description

Hello everyone

My setup is over and I enjoyed myself!

Config:

Corsair 500D Corsair RM1000i Corsair revenge RGB Pro 32GB DDR4 Asus maximus x AC wifi hero I7 8700K Nvidia RTX 2080 Founder Edition Corsair H150i Power cable sheathed bitfenix blue / black 6 thermaltake RGB fans Sound card Asus xonar Phoebus SSD m2 970 evo 250Gb SSD 860 evo 250Gb Windows 10 Pro

Peripheral devices :

Screen LG 32GK850G that I mounted on foot Corsair keyboard k95 rgb Corsair M65 pro RGB mouse Corsair ST100 RGB support helmet Corsair Void Pro RGB Headset Corsair RGB mm800 mousepad Logitech speaker Z506

The setup is finished since this morning, I mounted the last piece, the precious, rtx 2080 and what a pleasure to play BF1 144hz gsync ultra or even shadow of the tomb raider. A real graphic slap.

I look forward to getting new games compatible with new technologies for Nvidia's Turing graphics cards. I shudder with impatience to discover BF5 on my new setup.

Good day to all,

The rtx 2080ti is cut for the 4k and the price of a screen 4k gamer is 2500 €, much too expensive for my wallet.

/s means sarcasm lol Yep 1200 dalars is way too much no matter what.

Some people have more dalars. Apart from price, 4K still hasnt solved its scaling issues (you have to up scaling to see fonts and when you do that you encounter mismatched size errors and/or blurriness with software). I should say that it isnt the monitor but the software that has to be written with very high DPI compatibility in mind. Last time i tried even MS Windows & Steam hadnt solved it, let alone the myriad of software a normal system uses. Good luck with that piece of accounting software you may use.

Nice! You are the first RTX build on this site, unless I'm mistaken.

Consider some cable combs to tidy up all your GPU cables in the front. Looks nice otherwise

Yes cable combs, I have but I find it not beautiful of all, I prefer the cable clamp ...

You did go a little low on the storage side of things, why not add a 500gb ssd? and the rtx 2080 isn't priced...

Very nice build. Congrats it's over. Im almost done as my gpu is on the way. Question: Does your cable kit come with a 6 pin only for gpu? Or all 6+2 pin? Don't know why but I'm struggling to find a 6 pin only for my rtx 2080.

Great components, all on my wish list. Do have same mouse & Logitech speakers, same monitor size & specs only a viotek. Strafe rgb instead of k95. Have mouse pad & headphone stand on my watch list. Can’t decide which case I like better, this one or Lian Li pc11 air. So hats off to someone with similar taste - nice build!

Please buy some cable combs. They'll fit into your messy cables runs and clean them up something fierce.

How good is that LG 32" monitor so far buddy? Is it way smaller than a LG 34" monitor much? 'Cuz I am interested in that 32" recently?

Did you have any problems installing that motherboard with this case? I am, the screws aren’t aligning properly for me?

Hi, I got a gtx 1080 msi gaming x and a 1080ti asus strix OC and a 1080ti founder edition once. It was 1 year since I had more pc, my new construction could be only with a turing graphics card, I did not see me resume pascal is at the end of life.
