my father and i built this computer. It wasn't to bad of a process, it just took some adjustments and learning where everything goes. Overall it was a lot of fun. Got most of these parts from black friday and cyber monday deals. Saved almost 400 dollars. Also i will upload more pictures, when i tidy up my cable management.

Part Reviews

Got the same base performance than a 8700k saved 100$ haven't oc'ed it yet, but it is far a great chip

It has all the constituents you'll need if you can't access a router. Cool lights from the mystic light software. Also had no problems with OC'ing the ram.

It's Ram, got it to 3000mhz no problem.

Good os boot drive, fast write speeds as well

Video Card

Haven't oc'ed the card yet and got a great deal on it and every game on 1080p works amazing on any game.

It was this or the lian dynamic, but wanted a more simple case. Good cable routes and space for management.

Power Supply

Had a noise problem earlier with the case, but fixed works well, plenty of power for my system.

Case Fan

Only problem is one of the pins of my 2nd fan was messed probably due to maybe pressing the pin in the connector a little to snug, but they work just sometimes have jiggle the wire

Great monitor, also the cheapest g sync monitor I could get at the time, before the update drivers came in.

Fits in the hand well, good grip, and a little bonus rgb

Good wireless headset, the only problem is it will try to auto shut so I pull the mic up and to disconnect or play a video and signal isn't the greatest when leaving the room, but then again it's wireless

Thanks man I appreciate it. It has been good so far. Runs really cool. I'm glad I have joined the pc race after so many years of console

Lol, As Linus would say- "may our frame rates be high and our temperatures low"

I game very rearely on my PC and never did console gaming. I started single player PC gaming in the 90s with titles like Must and Riven. I don't like shoot em up games, which limits my selection big time.
