I built this system for my girlfriend, most of the focus was on the overall look of the system, with performance being a close second, this is a capable 1080p gaming rig, that looks very good and has room for improvement. the corsair fans and nzxt cooler are premium and perform extremely well, the computer is silent, with the loudest part being the rx 580

Part Reviews

overclocked to 4.0 ghz on all cores with 1.325 volts. no problems so far

CPU Cooler

3.5 stars as we had to RMA the first unit after 2 months, but otherwise is very quiet and is one of the best looking AIOs on the market

Thermal Compound

Functions like thermal paste works as well as the ICY diamond i am used to.

Great looking motherboard, all the features i needed for the build and the rgb is a nice touch. i like the camo look alot

good ram for ryzen and the largest RGB zones on any rgb ram. so far no performance or lighting problems

cheap SSD, performs well as a boot and game drive, easy to set up and use a great deal for sure.

Video Card

very nice card, very beefy cooler and tasteful rgb, the backplate is metal and looks very good, the card can get loud but 99% of the time is inaudible

Premium case, very fancy TG version looks really good with other grey parts, easy to build in and adequate cable management.

Power Supply

cheap 80+ rated power supply had some fan clicking that went away on its own, otherwise a perfect power supply for anyone on a budget.

Wireless Network Adapter

needs a usb 2.0 header for the bluetooth to work but otherwise functions very well, no problems fast wifi and good Bluetooth range

Your right! These are older pictures, I'll add some new ones. We swapped from an asrock pro4 to the steel legend

Very nice. Does the ASRock B450M Steel Legend work perfectly with the G.Skill Trident Z DDR4-3000? According to the QVL it only works with 3200+
